Ticket Refunds

Tickets are refundable within 30 days from the date of purchase.

However, any tickets purchased within 30 days prior to the first day of the event are non-refundable.

How Refunds Are Processed

If your ticket is eligible for a refund, the refund will be made back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Important Notes

• Refund requests must fall within the eligible refund period.
• Tickets bought during the 30 days leading up to the event cannot be refunded.
• This policy applies unless otherwise stated in writing.
