As Head of Relationships, Damaris champions collaboration across the deaf community, working closely with deaf services, organisations and partners to strengthen access and inclusion. She is also a TV presenter for Sign Up, where accessibility, representation and lived deaf experience sit at the core of her work. Passionate about bringing people together, Damaris believes strong relationships create lasting impact. Whether on screen or behind the scenes, Damaris is driven by a shared goal: meaningful progress for the deaf community, now and for future generations. While she’s usually busy connecting people and ideas, she’s very honest about her other key skill set: having absolutely no talents beyond expertly propping up the bar. Thankfully, building relationships is what she does best.
