A Founder and Director of Signalise Co-op, the UK’s only Deaf-user and BSL interpreter co-owned communication support platform. Holding a Churchill Fellowship for research into Deaf-led cooperatives internationally, she works at the intersection of technology, social value, and systems change. Jen leads Signalise’s strategy, technology development, and business development — championing cooperative alternatives to mainstream interpreting provision and making the economic case for Deaf-led services in public sector commissioning.
