Neil Fox is working as a research fellow on the SignMorph project at University of Birmingham. Neil specialises in the linguistic study of BSL, covering a wide range of topics including the iconicity of morphology in BSL. His previous research interest focused on automatic recognition and translation of BSL where he co-authored a paper on best practice for sign language technology research. He recently led a workshop on Deaf in AI.
